Instructions

- Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
- Punch down dough and let rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Stretch dough to desired shape and thickness.
- Add toppings of choice.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 475–500°F for 10–14 minutes depending on thickness.
- Let rest briefly before slicing and serving.
