Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • ½ cup 100% pure apple juice (no added sugar)
  • 23 tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Coconut oil spray for molds

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat silicone gummy molds with coconut oil spray and place them on a flat tray.
  2. In a small saucepan combine the apple juice, sweetener, cinnamon, and cayenne if using.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over the cold mixture and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
  4. Heat the saucepan over low-medium heat while stirring constantly until the gelatin fully dissolves. Do not boil.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the apple cider vinegar once the mixture has slightly cooled.
  7. Use a dropper or squeeze bottle to carefully fill the gummy molds.
  8. Transfer molds to the refrigerator and chill for 30–60 minutes until fully set.
  9. Remove the gummies from molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Take 2–4 gummies per day about 15–20 minutes before meals. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Avoid overheating the mixture and always add apple cider vinegar off heat to preserve its beneficial enzymes.
