- 2–3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1–2 bratwursts, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, well drained
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of whole grain mustard evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add Swiss cheese on top of the mozzarella.
- Distribute sliced bratwurst evenly across the pizza.
- Add well-drained sauerkraut and caramelized onions.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 10–14 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly to prevent a soggy crust. Pre-cook the bratwurst fully before adding to the pizza. For extra crispiness, bake on a preheated pizza stone.
