  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Slice onions into rings and pat them completely dry.
  3. Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl.
