Ingredients

- 1/4 cup hot water (steaming, just below boiling)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Optional: flavored electrolyte powder
Instructions
- Heat water until steaming but not boiling.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin slowly over the hot water.
- Stir continuously until the gelatin dissolves completely.
- Let the mixture rest for 1–2 minutes so it begins to thicken slightly.
- Add optional lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or electrolyte powder if desired.
- Drink the mixture 20–30 minutes before a meal.
