Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup cold water into a glass or mug.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the cold water.
  3. Let it sit for about 2 minutes to bloom.
  4. Heat 1 cup of water until warm but not boiling.
  5. Pour the warm water over the bloomed gelatin mixture.
  6. Stir gently for 30–60 seconds until fully dissolved and clear.
  7. Add lemon juice, stevia, or a pinch of salt if desired.
  8. Stir briefly to combine flavors.
  9. Drink immediately while warm, or chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to set.
