Description
A fast, satisfying frozen flatbread that cooks in minutes, puffs beautifully, and delivers a flaky, savory chive and onion flavor with almost zero effort.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pack LQQM puff paratha chive onion flatbread (5 pieces)
- Optional: light brush of neutral oil
- Optional: dipping sauces (yogurt, chili oil, soy-sesame)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Place frozen paratha directly onto the dry skillet (no thawing).
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and slightly puffed.
- Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crisp.
- Remove from heat and gently press to separate layers.
- Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
- Alternatively, bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Or air fry at 360°F for 4-5 minutes, flipping once.
Notes
Do not thaw before cooking. Medium heat ensures even cooking and best texture. Store unused pieces tightly sealed in the freezer to prevent freezer burn.
