- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar or fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon chuckwagon ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, parsley, and dried chives.
- Stir well to combine all seasonings.
- Add white vinegar or lemon juice and mix again.
- Season with salt and black pepper and adjust to taste.
- Add chuckwagon ranch seasoning if using and stir thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.
- Stir before serving and adjust thickness with buttermilk if needed.
Notes
For best flavor, let the ranch rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Use full-fat mayonnaise and real buttermilk for the richest texture. If the dressing is too thick, add a small splash of buttermilk. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days and stir before each use.
