Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar or bowl.
- Seal the jar and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until combined.
- Alternatively, whisk in a bowl until emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Use immediately or refrigerate.
- Shake again before each use.

Notes
Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor. Let the dressing sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow the oregano to bloom. Keeps in the fridge for up to one week.
