Description
A tangy, buttery, slightly spicy copycat Pizza Hut wing sauce you can make at home in minutes using simple pantry ingredients.

- ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add the Frank’s RedHot sauce to the melted butter and stir to combine.
- Add white vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and salt.
- Stir well until the sauce is smooth and combined.
- If using Worcestershire sauce, add it and stir again.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat.
- Toss the sauce with hot cooked chicken wings.
- Serve immediately or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
For milder sauce add extra butter. For a hotter buffalo-style version reduce butter and increase cayenne pepper.
