Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Pour hot water over the bloomed gelatin.
  3. Stir for 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or sweetener if desired.
  5. Drink warm 15–30 minutes before meals.
