Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, vanilla, honey, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and batter is well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour small portions of batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook another 1-2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
