Description
This strawberry gelatin dessert is a light, refreshing, and easy no-bake treat made with just three ingredients. Perfect for family gatherings, summer picnics, birthday parties, or a quick dessert any day of the week.

- 1 pack (3 oz / 85 g) strawberry-flavored halal gelatin powder
- 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
- 1 cup (240 ml) cold water
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberry slices (optional)
- 1/4 cup canned mandarin segments or diced peaches (optional)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy whipped topping (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle or on the stovetop.
- Pour the boiling water into a large bowl or a 9×9 inch glass dish.
- Add the strawberry gelatin powder.
- Stir continuously for 2 full minutes until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water and stir well.
- If using strawberries, wait until the mixture is lukewarm before folding them in.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses, ramekins, or a large serving dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Serve plain or topped with non-dairy whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
Notes
Do not use fresh pineapple, kiwi, papaya, or mango as they can prevent gelatin from setting. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Do not freeze.
