A clean sugar free gelatin recipe made with unflavored gelatin and herbal tea for a high-protein, low-calorie snack that supports appetite control and weight loss.

- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder (Knox, Vital Proteins, or grass-fed bovine)
- 1 cup herbal tea or plain hot water (not boiling)
- 2 tablespoons cold water (for blooming)
- Optional: juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional: 3–5 drops liquid stevia
- Optional: pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Pour 2 tablespoons of cold water into a mug or bowl.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Heat 1 cup of herbal tea or water until hot but not boiling.
- Pour hot liquid over bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved (30–60 seconds).
- Add optional lemon juice, stevia, or salt if desired and mix well.
- Drink warm 20 minutes before your largest meal OR pour into a mold and refrigerate for 4 hours to set into cubes.
Notes
Best consumed before meals to support satiety. Avoid boiling water to preserve gelatin structure. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days when set into cubes.
